By making any Content available through the Services, you grant to zabsols a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, and distribute such Content in connection with the Services and zabsols business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Services (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Upload, post, or otherwise transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable;
• Upload, post, or otherwise transmit any content that you do not have a right to transmit under any law or under a contractual relationship;
• Upload, post, or otherwise transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of solicitation;
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services, or servers or networks connected to the Services, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of networks connected to the Services;
• Use the Services to engage in any commercial activities, including, without limitation, the sale of access to the Services;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, or any other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Services, through hacking, password mining, or any other means;
• Upload, post, or otherwise transmit any content that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.

5. Modification of Services

ZABSOLS reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Services (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
